I just finished "scanning" the survey results, and more importantly, the
comments.
I hope the committee will see some patterns in these comments. I
noticed that many people objected to some of the questions that required
an answer, even though their opinion wasn't a valid option.
My suggestion: Go over the comments and re-word the survey, and issue
it again.
Yes, this will slow things down. But I think it's much more important
to have accurate results than it is to have fast results...
Another tip: I doubt that many of the responses would have included
their call if they knew you were going to publish their comments! I
know there was an effort made to remove the calls and emails, but many
were included in the comments. Keep the responders calls private so
they will not hesitate give honest answer.
