The LOTW is a good option, I have confirmed more thant 30 states using this
metod for my 6m WAS that is supported, fast, cheap,
If we support later they will add the other ARRL supported Awards.

Not that I'm aware of.
You might consider just up loading your QSOs to ARRL's LOTW. Seems like
it's only a matter of time until it supports VUCC awards.
