I'd like to add to the announcement and point out that this is one of the few QSO parties that encourage VHF/UHF operation, and, it overlaps the 6 meter Sprint. In the two previous runnings of the QSO Party, 6 meters was the fourth most popular band, after 40, 80, and 20.
