As I see it, the charter of this list is VHF Contesting; the whole captive
rover / grid circling debate is legitmately a VHF Contesting issue.
(Actually it only seems to be an issue in the VHF contests.) I appears to
excite enough of the list to encourage a lively debate. So I don't have any
issues with letting it proceed apace on the list.
