Is the driven element on a 424B 432 MHz antenna, about 1990 vintage, DC grounded to the boom.? Does the T match use capacitors so that the balun feed shows to be a DC open? Anyone still using one? I think there is a mod for this antenna which removed the 3 element reflector panel. Am I correct?
