Several ops in my area have recently discovered the range advantage of
mobile horizontal SSB. A few are using the PAR Omniangle antenna on 6
and 2 meters with impressive results. http://www.parelectronics.com/omnis.htm I recently cleaned and polished my old Saturn Three Ring 6 meter loop. It has never seen any mode other than AM. I wonder if this antenna will work on SSB? :) W4DEX _______________________________________________ VHFcontesting mailing list VHFcontesting@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/vhfcontesting |
