[VHFcontesting] Encouraging CW contacts in VHF contests.

Increasing the interest of Technicains to use CW. I think if we can 
interest more Techs into using more CW (let them see first hand that a 
CW QSO can progress at weak signal level where an SSB QSO fails at the 
same signal level) may bring back the excitement we once had during the 
Novice Roundup of years past. Any thoughts?
