Thanks on the fm 18, I need to mark up an icom map to be sure I got them all.
I have attached a form on xcel to clarify.  IF I am in cn 84 and they are in 
CN 90 I would subtact the 0 from the 4 for four and add one for the difference 
between 8 and 9.
