Mirage's A1015-G 10 in 150 out will give you about 98w at 5w in. If you have
(or download) their full catalog, there is a power curve chart for each amp.

I'm also looking for a 6m amp for my 817.  So far I have seen one by Tokyo
that
is rated for 10 watts input.  I have found schematics from the ARRL website
to
build a six meter amp for 5-10 in and 100+ out.

For some reason, 6m amps seem to be harder to find then 2m or 70cm.
