[VHFcontesting] VHF/UHF DX Book

I am looking for a copy of the VHF/UHF DX book to purchase.  I tried buying
one from the ARRL but Daniel Sayad wrote back and said it was no longer
available...  I'll buy a new or used copy.  Not sure what editions are
available, so write back with what is available.
