Wow. Hearing that Bill, K3HCE, was hit and killed by a 
drunken driver was like getting hit in the forehead with a
2 X 4. 

I only knew Bill for  6 years, first SAW him at the PVRC
Field Day site on the Eastern Shore...as I had invited him to
to visit us....which he did. Great guy, true gentleman. He will
be missed and remembered. RIP Bill.
