[VHFcontesting] KV1J - FN44 in Maine

Chuck KO1I and I will operate KV1J from a hilltop in FN44rc (Maine) during the 
September 'test.  Look for us on 50, 144, 222, 432, and 1296.  We also hope to 
get the 902 gear working by then  We should have a KW on 6, several 100 watts 
on each of 144, 222, 432, and 10 watts on 1296.
