[VHFcontesting] Tragic Flash Flood on I-35

Last Saturday a tragic flash flood occured on the Kansas Turnpike south of 
Emporia where the highway crosses Jacob Creek. This is about 3 miles north 
of the "Cattle Pens" where I have operated VHF Contests since 1996. Six 
people lost their lives when a wall of water spilled over the road.
