[VHFcontesting] Rover setup question

I have seen many pictures of vans, cars, pickup trucks - with and without  a
camper, setup as a rover. Has anyone setup a small 5th wheel trailer as a
rover station? I understand the problems of operating from a station in the
trailer while driving. You could have a modest setup in the vehicle to be
used while driving aand moving into the trailer while stopped.
