Dave, Assuming your 2way power divider is 50 ohms in and out, the two 
phasing line lengths just need to be the SAME length. If you cut them from 
the same roll of 50 ohm cable, you can easily get away with just equal 
measured lengths.

Sure you can stack dissimilar antennas. You need to know the phase center of 
each antenna to do this, since it will be different, obvoiusly, for the two 
different antennas. The result will not always be worth the effort, 
especially if one or more of the antennas have much lower gain than the 
others. If all four antennas had similar gain you would get a gain advantage 
close to the 5 or 6 dB expected. The pattern might be a little weird though. 
My suggestion would be to sell the CC's and put the money toward two more 
M2's when you're ready to go to 4.
