[VHFcontesting] Cabrillo Mode Entry

I just log everything as phone (CW, FM, JT44, whatever).  It has never been 
an issue with the log checking.  If it does become an issue I will 
re-evaluate how I do things, but then I wont know what to do with the 
various SSB/CW and FM/CW cross mode contacts I end up making each contest.
