I think I included the link.

3830 is a mail reflector that has been dedicated to posting of contest scores.
If you look at the archives, you will see many posts like that:

You can post your score to this list using a web form located at:

http://www.hornucopia.com/3830score/

And a great service prodided by N7WA and WA7BNM provides summaries of the scores
like the one at this URL:

The name 3830 comes from 3830 kHz, which is the frequency often used after a 
major contest to swap scores with other stations.
