Hi Gang,

It was a fun contest from FN02nu on a hilltop between Buffalo and Rochester.
The numbers are as follows.

50MHz 33 Q's 17 Mults 561 pts. 2 el Yagi up 17'
144MHz 35 Q's 21 Mults 735 pts. 8 el Quad up 14'
222MHz 3 Q's 2 Mults 12 pts. 5 el Yagi up 9'
432MHz 18 Q's 8 Mults 288 pts. 11 el Yagi up 12'

Total Points = 5280

My QRP operation utilized an FT817 at 4W and old Icom 222 FM rig (Thanks to
AC3A). Logging was on an old 386 laptop running VHF Test by W2FU.

Conditions were wild for a while Saturday afternoon as FL, MS, MO and ND
were all coming in and out on 6M at the same time! I could not figure out
where to point the beam.

I will hopefully be on for the CQ VHF in July with a 4 or 5 el Yagi on 6M
and the full 10W. Now to buy/build a transverter for 222 SSB/CW. If I had
that capability my score would have been much higher. In January, lots of
guys/gals had 222FM, but in June FM was largely absent.

Best DX?? I would say either N0UD on 6M from DN87 or W2SZ/1 from FN32 on
432.
