Well, here's how I look at it: My 10 gig station cost approx $600 and I made 4 contacts in the January contest.... Cost/ contact= $150.00 I made 60-70 222 FM contacts. The Fm rig was offered at $65........Cost/ contact approx $1.00. Sounds like a great deal to me!! Btw, I certainly don't consider myself a CB'er because I use FM! 73 and Happy Contesting, Bob, W2SJ |
