I receive the VHF reflectors in digest form, and found this message from
you.
Are you aware that under the General Rules for all ARRL Contests, that it is
not permissible to solicit contacts via non-amateur means during the contest
period? Your email appears to be a breach of that rule. Can you clarify it
for me?
