Are you sure the EA4TX ars-usb will not work? Have you attempted to
contact them? They claim they work with any rotor. I don't think there
is anything super special about the tic rings, other than they seem to
be hard to keep running HI! My tic came with a GH controller.
GH are worth it. The software is really robust. You link or unlink
with a mouse click. You can run one GH server and all your stations can
have access to all your antenna rotor, switches etc. I will be able to
run my 8 circle array via wifi for direction control and only have to
worry about a feedline. The switching sw will lock out and do what you
need. You might have other solutions for that.
Be careful having too many different solutions for the station. When
something breaks you may have issues remember how to do X and that
interface etc. There is a lot of value in running multiples of the same
stuff.

Pstrotator might be a software solution.

The goal is to get the control boxes off of the operating desk.
I really like the ERC offered by the guys at Vibroplex, but I don't see TIC
compatibility listed.
Controlling rotators is not complicated...surely there is some cross
compatibility with something?
RT-21's are nice, but outside of my price range.
I don't see the EA4TX boxes having TIC compatibility also, but it is
possible they do. Cheaper than RT-21's at least.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
