[TowerTalk] swaging tool

Can someone tell me where I can find a swaging tool if such an animule 
exists.  By swaging tool I am talking about a tool that will make the 
inner diameter of an aluminum tube larger so the same size tube will fit 
into it. Also it will make the other end smaller.  What is this tool 
actually called (since Google gives me nothing like what I am looking 
for under that search term) and where can it be found?
