Stan already pointed out that he didn't want to hang drooped ends close to the towers that he is using to support the dipole.  He would get unwanted coupling with them.

And his modeling (correctly in my opinion) shows the bandwidth to be wider with the additional capacitive loading that his version has versus just drooped wire extensions.

What I’ve done when supports are too close together is drop down the ends an 
equal amount vertically or even at an angle away from the mast and if high enough tie 
ends off through an insulator and decent rope to ground stake.
