You can easily buy steel locally and have it galvanized. If you have Ø2"
mast that bent and it's not really Ø1.900 water pipe, you should consider
going with a Ø3" mast. If it is water pipe than even 1026 DOM would be a
big upgrade. I don't know why Ø2" is the standard when Ø3" is so much
stronger, has more clamping surface and is more comfortable to climb. One
of my Ø3" masts is 1026 steel and it's very strong. The 1026 tubing I
purchased from Ryerson and had it galvanized. At the time I worked for a
manufacture so it was inexpensive and quick to obtain.

Greetings,
I am looking for a source of 20-22 ft chromoly mast 2 inch. My mast
urgently needs to be replaced as it got bent during the tilting of the
tower. DX Engineering offers it but can ship in 3 months only.
Let me know if there are other sources.
