Doesn't MFJ sell these? From the manual it looks like the plate is part#
5137000 and the U-Bolts are 5/16-18 x 3 1/4 x 4.

I suppose a guy could get 2" saddle clamps and straight bolts, but that
doesn't seem like the best option.
