Sure. Manuals are on their website, including building instructions. The 
control cable is two pairs per element, required conductor diameter and 
controller drive voltage depend on length of the cable. They sell suitable 
cable, connectorized or not, and they sell very nice "Phoenix" 
compression-type screw-terminal connector blocks that make it easy to very 
neatly terminate long runs or runs that must go through walls. I have the 
three-element version with the added fixed director for 6M, and it's a very 
nice antenna.
