Probably minimal spacing from the wood rafters. Enough for safety, I guess. You might put some clamp-on ferrites on any house wiring There might be some magic spacing pattern to be most effective. I used to routinely open my neighbor's garage door when doing CW on 160 with over 200 watts! He never knew why it would be open in the morning. Keed the wire end well in the free. That is where the fire comes from!
