In 2020 when I bought my pair (different months) I caught a sale price of about
$170.
These are beautiful monitors, I have them mounted on a desk mount. Acer model
S271HL LED Backlit LCD.
The power supply is like a laptop supply but I could not reach behind the desk
to find the voltage for you.
Should be in the specs.

It seems from observation that much of the noise is generated in the monitor
power supply. Some monitors use an external supply where you can ditch the
manufacturer's supply and put in an analog DC source. Typically 19 VDC. I
can't tell you which monitors are setup this way anymore.
