Pete,
Sorry to hear about the noise from the Asus monitors.
For anyone in the market, the 2 monitors I bought in 2020 and 2021 are RF quiet.
They are Acer S271HL model 27", and a feature I like they autodetect and turn 
on anytime the laptop is turned on.
I paid about $170 for each one on sale at the time brand new.

I have two Asus 27" monitors, one two years older than the other.  I had
to wrap the HDMI video cord from the newer VS278 around a #31 toroid
(about 6 turns).  The older one (VP278 VGA driven)  didn't need one.
There may be a lesson there.  I'm also not fanatical about RFI.
