That's 4% of the value. Could it be measurement error? How were you
measuring these things -- that is, what test instrumentation? How was it
calibrated? At what frequency did you measure? Do you have any 1%
resistors in the range of 50 ohms that you can measure? I've accumulated
a small stock of 1% fairly large SMT parts, to which I've soldered
leads, that I use for an "idiot check" on measurement equipment.
