[TowerTalk] Climbing Harness Recommendations needed

Need to acquire a climbing harness for new tower project. 

Which vendors should I be looking at. Looking for the full harness, leg straps, 
gorilla clips, arrest clips (pardon the nomenclature as I don’t yet have the 
lingo down).
