[TowerTalk] good news and bad re NEC

LLNL has released NEC 5 for licensing.  There are numerous improvements 
claimed and a very significant change in the analytical model.
That's the news.  The good/bad news for some is there is a free upgrade 
from NEC 4 if you purchased it between Jan 2019 and Jul 2020.
I have inquired re upgrade or new license fee since my purchase was 
before this period.
