Yes, and my app note on chokes and transformers for RX antennas
addresses this. It's also good practice to add a choke well below the
feedpoint of a high dipole so that it doesn't become a parasitic element
to nearby antennas, especially verticals. I've long advocated that in
the app notes on chokes, and did this for the first time with my own
antennas soon after I moved here in 2006.
