I'm finishing up my ground system and I noticed that the power company here in Tampa Florida has used a galvanized ground rod for the connection to the circuit breaker box and meter. Does anybody see any problem connecting the 4 GA copper wire from my SPG to that rod. Would there be any thoughts about replacing it with a 10' copper rod?
