I have had one for about 2 months. With its small size and low cost, it is an
excellent tool when you need to check things out at the top of a tower.
Dropping a $40 VNA is one thing. Dropping a $300 antenna analyzer is something else.
The Files and Wiki area of the nanovna-users groups.io site has some excellent
writeups comparing the accuracy to professional-grade VNA's (hint: for HF and
VHF, it is just as accurate). There are also user guides that are much more
readable. Several versions of firmware are available, and there is excellent
software for interfacing to a computer.
