[TowerTalk] Tower Lifting

This isn't a snarky answer either.
None of this is close to getting the force in the lift cable, which is where 
you start the analysis of all the other parts.
You have to do the trig to get the answer and I don't have time now.
Maybe later, if no one steps up.
