[TowerTalk] Message formatting

Howdy, TowerTalkians --

    Regarding the message formatting, our Mailman will only take text posts. 
Dave, K6LL, determined that the offending emails were in text but he 
hypothesized that they may be using Outlook which may be the problem. Here's a
