[TowerTalk] Pacemaker

I may be getting a pacemaker and was wondering if I have to relocate my 
transmitter and Alpha 8410 amp or what do others do to keep from becoming a SK? 
 I always said I wanted to go SK in front of my rig but I may be re-thinking
