[TowerTalk] Re QRO flexible jumpers

I have been happy with generic RG400 for use at VHF at power levels up to 450 
watts (it does get a bit warm to the touch at times.) I can't speak to using it 
at HF with QRO power levels but a quick read of some data sheets leads me to 
believe it would likely work.)  

I have had some issues at times getting generic PL259 connectors to fit but was 
able to work thru the issues.
