Yep, sometimes its a good thing to live inland (away from hurricanes) on
a super flat, wooded land with lots of 1-story buildings in the near
field (I'd prefer trees over buildings).... MOSTLY protected from the
plains tornadoes by the Ozarks and Ouachitas with ground as close to
salt water as you can get without doping the entire near field.  :-)

J/K, but yeah...  read up on Revision G, and make sure you pin down
exposure class, wind speed requirement, etc...  It makes a monumental
difference sometimes.

AND don't forget that overhead is great if you can afford it...  (40 sq
ft when you only need 20 sq ft = 50% overhead, etc, etc.)
