I am using an active 8-foot vertical elevated at the base about 25 feet
(on a roof edge) for receive-only (RBN). Would the antenna be more
sensitive ifI directly grounded the case (and coax shield) to a ground
rod directly below the antenna? It does not currently have common mode
chokes on the feedline
