Yes, some tall covers so that climbing is next
to impossible...made from 1/8" or 1/4" tempered hardboard
soaked down good with coats of Thompson's Waterseal,
hooks at the top to slip over tower rungs, chain and padlock around
bottoms to secure.  They will last for years and are inexpensive.
