Probably not, but I will second the idea of adding an inverted V
reflector. Years ago I very successfully used 3 and 4 element
inverted V wire beams on 20 meters. I currently have a 3 element up
for 40 meters.

## what else that works is a 1/2 wave sloper...with a delta loop reflector
behind it.
I have see that used on 80m with good results.
## the 40m array in the old arrl ant books..using 4-5 x 1/2 wave slopers also
works good. One is always a DE, the rest are REFs. Simple + effective.
