I have never sent in a unit for repair. I found them to be pretty simple
to repair myself. Perhaps I should open a TIC repair facility:) TIC may
not have the same sense of urgency that we would like however Carl is a
very nice guy and usually very responsive to emails or telephone calls.

Anyone else having trouble with TICGEN -the Tic ring company - besides me ? I
sent a faulty TIC ring motor to Carl for repair. The ring sits on a motorized
tower section and so the motor must stay external to the tower struts. At any
rate, this was sent 6 MONTHS ago. Numerous emails sent, etc. Haven't had time
to call him with my schedule.

Just curious.
