Not being familiar with the antenna....my thought would be to run a shorting 
strap across the un used/un needed traps.  If possible, redo the 40m trap for 
30m, and use a piece of tubing to resonate the antenna on 40.   

Or...use pieces of tubing to eliminate the unneeded traps. Rework the 40m trap 
to 30 and use a piece of tubing to resonate the antenna on 40.
