[TowerTalk] OT: QST subscription

A couple of simple QST questions I didn't seem to find the answers too
on the ARRL site.

1) The label on the magazine which contains your mailing address has
"FO" followed by a date.
I suspect that date is the end of subscription date?

2) Is it possible to get the magazine in PDF form only?
