There is no "maximum high" for a ham tower. The 200 feet limitation is the high
above which you have to involve the bureaucracy with all the applications
needed. Maybe you want to avoid that, maybe not. Is it worth it for those extra
65 feet you want? I believe you won't get much advantage from a propagation
point-of-view.
Good luck with your station. I'm getting blue of envy already even if I feel my
85 feet are good enough.
