Here's what I have done to eliminate the condensation problem-
At a few or several locations along the length of the underground conduit,
provide a low point in the excavation and install a tee with the leg
pointing down
into a small pit of gravel. Any water that tries to collect in the pipe
will drain right out.
I've had installations like this in place for 20 years in cold & humid
climate with nary
an indication of water in the conduit. If you're concerned with critters,
etc. coming
in, place a piece of screen over the open leg of the tee, or use a cap and
drill several
holes in it.
