I have seen a few of those tower over the past 35 years. But not too popular. I had on customer who has the 3 section crank up, 10 ft sections. Has a drum winch like the LM-470 with pull down, but didn't have a gear box or winch or rotor plate. I added a gear box and motor I had taken off a damaged tower. Cute little tower but only 27 ft of height.
