Doug,
Keep it moist in that hot weather. Put some grass or something over the
top of it and spray it with water for a day or two.
I know what the purists will say, but I have put up about 50 towers for
myself over the past 45 years and never waited more than a few days up to a
week after pouring the concrete to put up more tower sections. Never had
an issue as a result either. If you are guying it, you might wait a couple
weeks to fully tighten the guy wires. They will put a lot more stress on
the tower base than you standing on it and putting up 35 pound sections.
